Nursery & Pre-School
The most valuable time in a child’s life. A time to build foundations to help your children succeed, enhance communication skills for life, develop personal, social and emotional skills and grow in confidence through exploration and curiosity in a homely relaxed continuous provision.
Before & After School
Providing care before and after school, in a relaxed environment promoting play, supporting confidence and creativity, and learning through opportunities provided, alongside building friendships with their peers. On offer are a wide variety of activities that children are free to choose from in a home from home environment, allowing children to explore messy play, be artistic, play football, pool, basketball, bake cakes, build a den, activities to build independence and life skills or just to unwind on a bean bag with a book.
Holidays
Offering the same relaxing, fun environment as before and after school clubs but with the inclusion of planned workshops from outside professional agencies, such as; football, dance, theatre/drama, yoga, silly science, big and West African drumming. Trips and outings to farms, the cinema, and local walks to parks. Water fun outside. Support for working families or just come along to join in with the workshops/activities. A quality time to build and create friendships.

Forest School
KidsStop Pre-school are privileged to have access to our very own Forest School where children can explore natural spaces to learn personal, social and emotional skills in addition to technical life skills. The outdoor space inspires but also helps develop a child’s confidence through the hands on approach to learning in a natural environment. It teaches the children the value of our world and builds an appreciation for nature whilst teaching the wonderful way of natural processes and creating a calmness through exploring the bugs, birds, trees, wind, rain and camp fires.
Why Kidsstop?
Since 2007, Kidsstop has been providing flexible, quality childcare settings for children aged 0-12 years.
With our “Outstanding” Ofsted report and continuous positive feedback from parents and children, we like to think we’re doing a pretty good job of helping children develop their full potential.

Our Facilities
We are very lucky to have such a variety of good quality facilities across our sites.
Due to our close links with well-funded schools, our children are able to benefit from great access to vast green areas and outdoor space including dedicated playgrounds as well as indoor spaces such as a sports hall and other facilities.
Our Ethos
At KidsStop we create a “free ethos” where children feel relaxed and at home which in turn allows them to be themselves and learn. We plan and provide wholly for each and every child, and this is what encourages them to flourish into “well rounded individuals “
Your Children
It’s all well and good to talk about our great facilities, our communication and involvement with parents and the superb Early Years Foundation Stage framework we offer and adhere to. But it’s important to let the children know what they can expect from us too.
- A fun and enjoyable environment in which to learn and discover
- Friendly and approachable staff members who are passionate about helping children develop and blossom
- Involvement in making decisions that affect them and the other children
- Lots of time interacting with friends and developing social skills as well as technical ones
- Exposure to other children that are well-behaved and act as role-models to the younger ones – setting a positive example and providing guidance through demonstration.
The safety of your children is of course a primary concern -not just whilst in our care, but outside of it too. That’s why we put such a big emphasis on children being part of managing their own risks and learning these skills in a safe, managed environment.
It’s a proven fact that happier children do better in school and in life in general. So it’s imperative to us that we keep your child entertained and happy throughout their time with us. We work hard to encourage their growth and development and to be ‘facilitators’ in an enabling environment.
Each and every child should have a voice because they are all individuals. Their like and dislikes, favourite activities and hobbies all help to create the person they will become as they grow up. We’re often commended on our willingness to listen and work with the expressions of individuality that our children present.
Your children’s education and welfare are our main priorities
